Insgesamt sind die wichtigsten Punkte f\u00fcr die Konstruktion eines TMA, der in Kraft\u0192 werksanlagen installiert werden soll, folgende: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erlaubte Materialien: Die f\u00fcr die Herstellung des TMA verwendeten Materialien m\u00fcssen vom Endnutzer genehmigt werden. Dies ist ein langwieriger Prozess, der sich jedoch verk\u00fcrzen l\u00e4sst, wenn Sie genau das gleiche Material wie das vorhandene verwenden. Dies kann immer dann problematisch sein, wenn die Materialqualit\u00e4t nicht mehr existiert oder wenn das Material nicht f\u00fcr eine langfristige Erm\u00fcdungsbelastung geeignet ist.  <\/li>\n<li>Berechnung der Erm\u00fcdung: Die Sicherheit ist in Kraftwerken von entscheidender Bedeutung, und TMA sind einer sehr hohen Anzahl von Zyklen ausgesetzt (&gt;Milliarden). Es muss eine spezielle Erm\u00fcdungsanalyse durchgef\u00fchrt werden, um die Lebensdauer der Schl\u00fcsselkomponenten der TMA (Biegest\u00e4be) zu bestimmen und angemessene Austauschzeitr\u00e4ume festzulegen, die mit dem Wartungsplan der Maschine vereinbar sind. <\/li>\n<li>Installation und Wartung mit akkreditierten Personen: Um in einem Kraftwerk arbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen die Arbeitskr\u00e4fte \u00fcber spezielle Akkreditierungen verf\u00fcgen, die f\u00fcr die Installation und die damit verbundene Dokumentation erforderlich sind.
