Our RECOVIB range was designed to offer an intuitive and complete solution to maintenance teams that need a mobile vibration diagnosis tool that is easy to use and that also offers software and a “viewer” module to facilitate the interpretation of the data collected. Vibration analysis is no longer an arduous task thanks to our two new miniature data loggers: the RECOVIB Tiny and the RECOVIB Feel.
Our wireless vibration recorder, the RECOVIB TINY measures vibrations and shocks in all three axes. It is extremely practical for a diagnosis, offering up to 6 hours of measurement. Its wireless technology and intuitive operation provides substantial time savings in the performance of your measurements. It is the only range of vibration and shock recorders that allows several sensors to be used simultaneously in a synchronised manner enabling the performance of modal analyses and operational deflection shape analyses on large structures such as bridges or walkways. We offer different measurement ranges (+/- 2G, +/-6G, +/-15G and +-200G). It is capable of recording 1024 values per second. The RECOVIB Tiny is the smallest, lightest and the most robust recorder on the market that is able to perform recordings in extreme conditions ranging from -10 °C to + 50° C. It is also dust and water tight (IP65 certified). It can be connected to an Android device or PC via a USB connection for the preparation, downloading and detailed graphic analysis of the measurements.
The provided software allows for millisecond level time synchronisation between sensors. It is also possible to select the start time, the duration and the sensitivity of the measurement.
Once the data has been extracted, you can replay it in a data viewer, on your smartphone or your PC. The viewer allows for a detailed analysis of the vibrations recorded in the time domain and in the frequency domain.
Various signal processing options are available: high-pass, low-pass and band-pass filters, integrator filters (velocity mode) and dual-integrator filters (displacement mode).
In the frequency domain, there are a number of possible FFT-based computations:
- Amplitude Spectrum Peak and RMS
- Power Spectrum
- Power Spectral Density
- Amplitude Spectral Density.
RECOVIB Feel has been designed for performing an immediate vibratory analysis. It is connected to an Android device (tablet or Smartphone) via a USB connection. The supplied application enables the display of real-time vibration data on a chart in the time domain and in the frequency domain.
The same signal processing options that are available for the RECOVIB Tiny data viewer are applicable to vibration data analysed by “direct” real-time analysis. During real-time streaming, the necessary data can be recorded. This data can then be replayed in a data viewer that is similar to the RECOVIB Tiny viewer.
RECOVIB SUITE SOFTWARE
