En general, las principales cuestiones para el dise\u00f1o de un TMA que se instale en instalaciones de Centrales El\u00e9ctricas son las siguientes: : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Materiales permitidos: Los materiales utilizados para la fabricaci\u00f3n del TMA deben ser aprobados por el usuario final. Se trata de un proceso largo, pero puede reducirse utilizando exactamente el mismo material que el existente. Esto puede ser problem\u00e1tico cuando el grado del material ya no existe o cuando no es apto para soportar cargas de fatiga a largo plazo.  <\/li>\n<li>C\u00e1lculo de la fatiga: La seguridad es una cuesti\u00f3n cr\u00edtica en las centrales el\u00e9ctricas y las TMA est\u00e1n sometidas a un n\u00famero de ciclos significativamente elevado (&gt;miles de millones). Debe realizarse un an\u00e1lisis de fatiga espec\u00edfico para determinar la vida \u00fatil de los componentes clave de la TMA (barras de flexi\u00f3n) y definir per\u00edodos de sustituci\u00f3n adecuados, compatibles con el programa de mantenimiento de la m\u00e1quina. <\/li>\n<li>Instalaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento con personal acreditado Para operar en una central el\u00e9ctrica, la mano de obra debe tener acreditaciones especiales que se exigen para la instalaci\u00f3n y la documentaci\u00f3n relacionada.
