I trasduttori capacitivi sono tipicamente costituiti da strutture in silicio micro-lavorate con configurazioni a piastre parallele o con design a pettine. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Accelerometri MEMS piezoresistivi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gli accelerometri piezoresistivi si basano sulle variazioni di resistenza in seguito alle sollecitazioni applicate durante gli eventi di accelerazione.
