In generale, i problemi principali per la progettazione di un TMA da installare negli impianti delle centrali elettriche sono i seguenti: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Materiali consentiti: I materiali utilizzati per la produzione del TMA devono essere approvati dall&#8217;utente finale. Si tratta di un processo lungo, ma pu\u00f2 essere ridotto utilizzando esattamente lo stesso materiale di quello esistente. Questo pu\u00f2 essere problematico nel caso in cui il tipo di materiale non esista pi\u00f9 o non sia adatto al carico di fatica a lungo termine.  <\/li>\n<li>Calcolo della fatica: La sicurezza \u00e8 un aspetto critico nelle centrali elettriche e il TMA \u00e8 sottoposto a un numero significativamente elevato di cicli (&gt;miliardi). \u00c8 necessario eseguire un&#8217;analisi di fatica dedicata per determinare la durata dei componenti chiave del TMA (barre di flessione) e definire periodi di sostituzione adeguati, compatibili con il programma di manutenzione della macchina. <\/li>\n<li>Installazione e manutenzione con personale accreditato: Per poter operare in una centrale elettrica, la manodopera deve essere in possesso di speciali accreditamenti richiesti per l&#8217;installazione e la relativa documentazione.
